Children & Family Ministry

…start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.  Proverbs 22:6 

Our Church believes in partnering with parents. The family has the most potential to influence a child’s relationship with God and the church as the most potential to influence a family. Parents, what you do each week matters. Our church would like to walk that path with you so that from years from now, the only thing that will matter is your child’s relationship with God.

Kids in Church

Worship Nursery Care: Our nursery is located in the same building as the sanctuary and provides care for children ages 0-3 years old.

Children’s Church: PFUMC offers children’s church for kids ages 3-9 years old during worship following the children’s sermon. Children will return after the offering.

Children in service: Thank you for including your children in the worship experience. We welcome children participation at all times. Relax, God put the wiggles in children and we embrace it! Feel free to use our Worship and Wiggles room located in the back of the Sanctuary if you need to leave the service.

Children’s Small Groups

Our goal is to partner with parents to lead our children to serve Jesus. Our Children’s Small Groups meet on Sundays in the Education Building during the small group hour from 11:00-11:45am. We grow in our faith together through singing, games, sharing, discussion and hands on learning activities in classes designated by age group. All children ages 3 years-5th grade are welcome.

Brunch Fellowship

Parents and grandparents are invited to drop off your kids in their Small Groups and drop in for brunch and fellowship! Enjoy time visiting in a welcoming, comfortable setting. This group meets in the Administration Building during the small group hour 11:00-11:45 each Sunday morning.
